10 Habits to Adopt for a More Fulfilling Life

At the end of the day, we all want a more fulfilling life. Isn’t that why we make so many New Year’s resolutions? It’s about gaining a better life than we already have, and often we want that with the least amount of effort possible.

I want to live a life that every day I can wake up and feel great. Fulfillment for me means that my health, wealth, relationships, and charity are covered.

  • Health = How I feel physically, my mental stability, and general wellness
  • Wealth = My financial status, being able to afford small/big luxuries
  • Relationships = Family, friends, and dating are providing happiness
  • Charity = Kindness to others and being globally conscience of other’s suffering

Those are the parts of my life that I want to thrive. One could say that a fulfilling life is borderline being a well-rounded person, and I agree. When you have a little bit of everything what more do you need?

It’s Friday again! This week I am all TGIF after a long week full of way too many projects and marketing proposals. I am looking forward to much needed bestie time and the rest of my Thai food.

Below I have compiled three hairstyles that will fix most major bad haircuts. And trust me, they are saving me in this short-bang phase. Continue reading

healthy-eating-tricks

We all approach healthy eating like a disease or freak show: Something that we are intrigued by, but don’t want to approach. That’s why when you break down healthy eating into something super simple (and this is from someone who hates cooking on week nights and too many cravings for meal planning) eating healthy becomes a lot more doable. And because I like eating healthy, it’s all the more fun!

See below for my five tricks to eating healthier without all the stress. Continue reading

I am that friend. I am 100% the high maintenance friend.
