Favourites Friday #54

You know what I needed this week? A break.

And what better way to take a break than to sit down, eat some snacks, and watch some Netflix? This week that was all I did after work because when you overwork yourself you can’t perform the best, which is bad for everyone. And I want to do my best, so I took a break.

This week’s favourites are what I enjoyed during my breaks and they are things that will make an appearance for many breaks to come.

Netflix and Chill Snacks: A Favourites Friday

1. Annie’s Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Bunny Cookies

These are amazing! Literally the best snack because they’re gluten free (I like to avoid gluten when I can for my skin) and taste like snickerdoodles. I always have these in the house because they are perfect for a handful snack, or for going through the whole bag during a binge watch.

2. La Croix

I like sparkling water because it has the filling quality of soda without all the sugars and chemicals. La Croix is my favourite because of all the flavours and the gorgeous packaging. And Target always has coupons for it, so win-win.

3. Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Apple Snack Sticks

If you hadn’t caught on, I like cinnamon snacks. And these are perfect because they are apple-y and cinnamon-y and perfect for any snacking occasion. I especially love the shape, as they are easy to hold and bite, unlike potato chips.

4. Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps

I have loved these forever and forget until this week. Whether they are plain or with cream cheese, I can eat an entire box in one sitting. They have a great subtle, yet intense flavour that I love and when I take a bite I am in a fall wonderland. Definitely recommend.

5. Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life

Love Gilmore Girls? I was obsessed and the revival series (four 1.5 hour long episodes chronicling a year) is so good. There are many critics, but I think it did a really good job of wrapping up the series. I won’t spoil the ending for you, but watching until the end is definitely worth it!
