Easy to make and super delicious, this soup is a perfect healthy alternative to whatever else you were going to make. We all know Thai flavours are the absolute best, so do yourself a favour and make a big batch for everyone!
Lettuce wraps are one of my favourite things to get at PF Chang’s and making it at home is almost 100% better! And with most of the ingredients being something you already have at home, they are a great idea for making whenever you want to go out but know that whatever you make at home will be a million times better.

Another delicious favourite. There are many variations of how to cook beef and broccoli, but this one is very easy and just as yummers! Add it on top of rice or by itself (which is how I prefer it) and dig in for something good for you despite how sinful it tastes.
Okay, this is a crowd favourite I can assure you. Stick everything in a crock pot and you’ve got lots of delicious meatballs that are good on rice, noodles, or by themselves! They have a perfect contrast of sweet and savory and the amount of protein is enough for a whole day! This is great for when you need a delicious protein boost.
